Looking for advice regarding Macros for my diet. I'm around 5'9, 142lbs, currently doing the dumbbell beast program and eating around 2000-2200 calories a day. Currently my Macros are around 45% carbs, 40% protein and 15% fat. Any advice? Would make my life easier to have a little more fat and a little less protein but I can stick to this if it's be better in the long run.
